    ISSL新西兰即时紧缺职业清单

    新西兰即时紧缺职业是指新西兰全国或某个地方目前正短缺的某一类技能工人。如果新西兰移民申请人满足具体的学历和经验要求,就有可能通过Essential Skills的渠道来获得工作签证,从而能从事该项工作。

    然而,即时紧缺职位清单(ISSL),这份清单并不针对技术移民申请类别,无法获得技术移民额外加分,而且申请人在抵达新西兰后无法申请居住权。该清单是为了满足临时工作签证申请人的优先批准,但是移民局仍然会确认申请人所占用的职位在该地区确实紧缺且没有影响到本地人的优先就业权。ISSL即时紧缺职业清单会根据劳动力市场供需波动随时做出调整,这意味着该清单上的职业变动频繁。

    1. 新西兰紧缺职业清单分类 - immiknow

    为了缓解严重的用工短缺压力,新西兰劳工部根据劳动力市场的统计数据,定义了一个重要技能需求清单(Essential Skills in Demand Lists)。重要技能需求清单的针对对象为技术性工作者,适用范围包括海外临时签证申请人、技术移民申请人。重要技能需求列表共包含3类:


    1. 长期紧缺职业清单(LTSSL, Long Term Skill Shortage List):满足学历、工作、注册的要求,可获得技术移民额外加分。
    2. 即时紧缺职业清单(ISSL, Immediate Skill Shortage List):为了满足临时工作签证申请人的优先批准,不加分。
    3. 建筑和基础设施职业短缺列表(CISSL,Construction and Infrastructure Skill Shortage List,简称):适用于申请新西兰重要技术工作签证(Essential Skills Work Visa),没有技术移民加分。

    备注:坎特伯雷省紧缺职业清单(CSSL, Canterbury Skill Shortage List):从2018年12月17日起,此清单已被废除。



    新西兰即时紧缺职业清单 - immiknow

    如果海外申请人的职业在该列表上,新西兰雇主无需满足劳动力市场影响评估(即无需证明经过努力招聘不到新西兰当地人)。新西兰移民局2017年12月15日重新审核了重要技能需求清单(Essential Skills in Demand Lists),新的ISSL即时紧缺职业清单增加了12个职业,删除了5个职业,并将于2018年2月生效:
